DevelopChange is an organisation of like minded business professionals from different disciplines, backgrounds and experiences. The disciplines include Lean Manufacturing, Operational Management, Learning and Development, HR, Executive coaching and Health and Safety. All our consultants have held leadership and management positions in Manufacturing, Financial Services, Logistics, Utilities, Retail or the Public Sector.

Our methodologies link the Why, the What, and the How - bringing together the goals and the strategy, the systems and the processes, the culture and the skills within the organisation, to effect lasting change.

Our philosophy is to work in close partnership with clients to create sustainable and measurable solutions. We can work with the whole organisation or specific departments, teams or individuals. Our interventions focus on the clients end goals at all times, whilst constantly reviewing and flexing our approach to ensure we can respond to emergent needs.
